As a mountain athlete myself, I know how debilitating it can be to undergo an injury. That’s why I do what I do, so that together we can become stronger, live longer, and dominate the mountain.
I specialize in mobility, injury mitigation, and sport-specific training—using proven methods like Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and ATG—to help the active community stay strong, resilient, and ready for the activities they love year-round.
For fun, I snowboard, mountain bike, wake surf/board, lift heavy circles, lay in the warm sun, go dancing at concerts, and hang out with my cats.

My approach bridges the gap between rehabilitation and high-level performance — working alongside Tahoe Synergy Physical Therapy for rehab needs, and through RPM, clients also have access to advanced health services like VO2 max testing, DEXA scans, blood panels, IV therapy, and peptides — helping you move better, get stronger, and stay injury-resilient.
